Patrick Tandoh-Offin (PhD, MSc And BSc)

Patrick is a rural development and social policy expert with rich experience in surveys, data analysis and monitoring and evaluation. He is presently a Consultant at JMK Consulting and Part –Time lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Management of Public Administration, GIMPA. For instance, Patrick was the team leader at Jim Self Center on the Future that analyzed the twice-a-year South Carolina statewide ‘Quality of Life’ Self Portrait survey responses for four years.
