GIZ Ghana, specifically the Special Initiative on Training and Job Creation, is partnering with the ATTC, Wilo SE, Grohe AG and Hermann Sewerin GmbH to establish the Water Works- Training Center and Showroom ina the Water Sector Project at ATTC. The overall project objective is to provide the latest German technology in sanitation, plumbing, pipe fitting, leak detection and water treatment, training of trainers at Accra Technical Training Centre, and onboarding of additional teaching staff to create jobs through improved training conditions. GIZ engaged us to conduct a 2-fold tracer study to capture graduates' feedback from the ATTC or other technical and vocational training institutions and employers.

b) Undertook data collection using computer-assisted personal interviewing (CAPI) tools to capture a set of data from graduates and employers.
c) Implemented a robust data monitoring and quality assurance plan to ensure the collection of high-quality data
