KEY OUTPUTS AT-A-GLANCE
In undertaking this assignment, JMK:
a) Reviewed the baseline data collection tools, including questionnaires and interview guide.
b) Designed the CAPI and loaded the electronic data collection form on the SurveyCTO configured tablets.
c) Recruited, trained, and managed a team of 10 interviewers and 2 supervisors with appropriate quantitative and qualitative research experience and skills.
d) Designed and implemented a survey protocol and training curriculum.
e) Collected household data from 509 smallholder citrus fruit and ginger farmers and conducted 40 interviews with officials from key Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) at the national level (Ministry of Food and Agriculture, etc.), and operators of FFSC and APSC, and project implementers.
f) Assessed relevance, effectiveness, design and implementation, among others of the project.
g) Documented the success of the project and lessons learned.
h) Generated the final evaluation report.
