PROSPER project aimed to improve the livelihoods of individuals in cocoa growing communities and enhance the capacity of existing local structures to own and lead the community's development processes. KEY OUTPUTS AT-A-GLANCE

In undertaking this assignment, JMK:

a) Reviewed existing tools and developed survey methodology in collaboration with the Cargill project team.

b) Developed the survey implementation protocol, questionnaires, developed training curriculum and procured materials for the field teams.

c) Developed and implemented a quality assurance protocol that outlines how data quality will be insured at different phases of the survey.

d) Organized recruitment, training, contracting and payment of a number of experienced enumerators and supervisors.

e) Trained field teams, including field testing of the survey instrument, before the field data collection, started.

f) Delivered a report on the baseline and mid-term assessment.
